- Specific Material Recovery Targets: High recovery rates are set for individual critical materials:
- By the end of 2027: 50% for lithium, and 90% for cobalt, copper, and nickel.
- By the end of 2031: These targets will increase to 80% for lithium, and 95% for cobalt, nickel, and copper.
