Technical Details
MID has already achieved the domestic development of high-reliability, hermetic ceramic package space-grade memory modules, with its products having been integrated into the Korea Aerospace Research Institute’s (KARI) Nuri rocket. With the new funding, the company plans to establish a sprawling 66,000 square-foot advanced aerospace packaging production line in the Pyeongchon Industrial Complex by November 2026. HTCC ceramic packaging is a critical technology providing hermetic sealing and reliability essential for enduring extreme temperature variations, high vacuum, and radiation prevalent in the space environment.
