The Everbio Innovation Hub integrates four key business entities under the IMG Group umbrella: Evertis, specializing in PET-based packaging films; Selenis, focusing on specialty copolyester resins; Renascis, dedicated to advanced multilayer recycling; and Renewis, providing renewable energy solutions. This integrated approach allows for comprehensive coverage of the polymer value chain, from material development to recycling and energy provision. The solvent-free perPETuity® delamination technology is a particular highlight. It enables the separation of PET layers from complex multilayer plastics without the use of solvents, allowing for the recovery of high-purity PET monomers. This breakthrough means that virgin-quality PET can be efficiently produced from previously difficult-to-recycle multilayer plastic waste, holding significant potential for achieving a circular economy in the packaging industry.
